DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

SJ-Audio respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed on our website, please follow the procedures below to notify us and request the removal of the infringing content.

Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this notice, a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.

Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and needs to be removed, including a description of where it is located on our website.

Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing content and notify the user who posted it. We may also terminate the account of a user who repeatedly infringes others' copyrights.

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our designated agent at Contact sharmashibam49@gmail.com. To be valid, your counter-notice must include the following information:

Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.

Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found.

A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice or their agent.

Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the copyright owner and restore the removed content unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the user who posted the content.

We do not condone or facilitate copyright infringement, and we will take appropriate actions to remove infringing content and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
